Scouts who are working on their Communication Merit Badge and/or Citizenship in the Community Merit Badge can attend the Lebanon Borough meeting on Wednesday to satisfy requirements to attend a public meeting (city council, school board, debate) .  Prepare an objective report that includes all points of view that were expressed, and share this with your counselor. The meeting is at Lebanon Municipal Building, 6 High Street, Lebanon.  Please arrive early and we may also get a chance to talk with the Mayor (former Troop 200 ASM) after the meeting.
