A little Bit About our Troop<\/h3>\n

Since 1955, Troop 200 has been part of the community.\u00a0 We have a really strong program that continues the tradition of being an active troop that adheres to the principles of the Scout Oath and the Scout Law.\u00a0 As a troop, we go on monthly outings (e.g. hiking, camping), are involved in community service and so much more…all of this helps develop us into the next generation of leaders.\u00a0 Along the way, the dedicated adult leaders of Troop 200 provide guidance while supporting individuality, building self-esteem and leadership skills.<\/p>\n

Come and check us out.\u00a0 We meet every Monday (unless it’s a holiday!) during the school year at Immaculate Conception Church.\u00a0 And, we stay connected during the summer via hiking, camping, etc.<\/p>\n

5 Things you Should Know about Troop 200<\/h3>\n

  1. Troop 200 is boy-run<\/strong>. We build leadership skills from the very beginning.\u00a0 The scouts assume leadership roles to run the Troop, with adult guidance and supervision.\u00a0 They also decide what the troop does!<\/li>\n
  2. Our troop is made up of scouts from all over northern Hunterdon County<\/strong> including:\u00a0 Annandale, Clinton, Lebanon, Pittstown, Clinton Township, Franklin Township, Glen Gardner, Bethlehem Township and beyond.<\/li>\n
  3. We’re open to all boys ages 11 \u2013 17 at any time…no prior scouting experience is required!\u00a0 <\/strong>We’ll be welcoming Arrow of Lights into the Troop in February.<\/li>\n
  4. Our Scouting Program is designed to be FUN<\/strong> while also building character, personal fitness, and citizenship.\u00a0 (boiled down, we like adventure and trying new things!)<\/li>\n
